Tax and shipping

In my merchant account on my data feed it shows there are errors for both tax and shipping information.  Both the shipping attribute and the tax have been set both in my merchant account and also in mywebsite shop.  I don't understand why it still says that information is missing.  I have went back in to my merchant account and set it again and saved it to make sure it has been saved correctly.  It has been a couple of days and it still says my shipping and tax information is missing.  Any suggestions?

for tax, be certain that the settings are for a

u.s. data-feed -- otherwise, tax for most other

target-countries must be included in the price.

 

for shipping, be certain the setting's target-country

match the registered data-feed's target-country.

 

importantly, be certain that a shipping-method has been

created and saved and a default-method is also selected --

a default-method must be selected and only one default

method is allowed (per target-country).

 

for both tax and shipping the settings may sometimes

take 24-72 hours or so before being fully processed --

and the feed should then be re-uploaded.

 

also, if the settings are wanted for an item, be certain

that tax or shipping (or both) are not included in the

data submitted for that item -- any submitted tax or

shipping in a feed, for an item, will override account

settings for that item.

 

also, be certain that tax and shipping meet

all google rules, policies, and requirements.

 

otherwise, google should likely be contacted directly --

improper tax or shipping or missing tax or shipping are

grounds for disapproval or suspension, at any time.

Most likely you just have to wait, like Celebird had mentioned. In the mean time simply pick the phone up and give AdWords a call (877)-566-0160; listen to the prompt there is a dedicated team for Merchant Center/Shopping Campaigns. Only other thing I could think of is to ensure you are using the same account your feed is being processed in =p.
