Suspension is permanent and we don't know why.

I have received an e-mail that my google merchant feed is suspended and I have also now called on the phone and the answer I have received is, the account suspension is permanent and I don't know why you were suspended.

Anyone want to look and see if they see anything. Essentially google has said, we are going to shut down your small business and we have no reason why we are doing so.

Seems odd to have such a harsh ban for selling toys.

if google is indicating that the policy-team's decision is final and
the suspension is permanent then, there is usually nothing else
that can be done to lift the suspension, regardless of any details.

issues can relate to the data being submitted, product images,
type of item, account settings, feed settings, a target-country,
website details, supply-chain, or some combination of these --
a single suspension can be for multiple issues.

generally, product-listing-ads require a high-degree of transparency --
for example, contact information typically must include a business
phone-number that will ring and be answered, valid email address,
and physical-address that resolves on google-maps; for example,
any item submitted as new must be brand-new, from the factory,

never used, in its original packaging, and never been opened, etc.

however, forum members cannot look into any feed or account histories --
we can mainly offer suggestions and possibilities based on the information
that is posted here within the public forum.

any one serious violation or, any continued violation, of any policy,
can result in a permanent suspension from the program, at any time.

unfortunately, some suspensions are simply permanent.

The below is simply my personal opinion and does not reflect anyone elses than my own and might be 100% incorrect.

First the tag line sell buy trade, might not be something Google is looking for in a Google Shopping.
Second I noticed android toys, I assume these are patented and maybe the manufacturer does not hold a license.

Third, no contact telephone nor an address.

Forth and final this is just an assumption, but if you do not stock your products psychically in your warehouse than you are a drop ship which is against Google's policy.

As I said these are guesses of my own views.

The Android toys are fully licensed by google to DYZplastic.

I do stock them myself.

What do places put as the address? I don't even have an option for that, I can't believe all bigcommerce sites get banned by google.

Google of course allows gamestop, which is a buy sell trade store, best buy, wal-mart. They all do buy, sell, trade now.

I will update with the address if I can, seems pretty surprising they would perma ban me with no reason for an address and can't tell me that and allow me to fix it.

again, forum-members can mainly offer suggestions --
regardless, if google is indicating that the decision is
final then, usually nothing else can be done.

the best likely course is to work directly with google
to verify the decision is final or if they are otherwise
indicating an alternative course of action.

normally, the actual contact information -- phone, physical address,
etc, would be on the website; typically, on a contact-us page with an
easy-to-locate link and links to the return and refund policies, all on
the landing-page of the item being sold.

however, a single suspension can be for many multiple issues --
if there are multiple issues fixing one or two may not effect the
suspension status; any one suggestion by forum-members may
have nothing whatever to do with a suspension or may be only
one of a several issues that resulted in the final decision.

some serious violations simply are deemed permanent --

in those cases, there would be no path to fixing the issues

or changing the status.

potential policy violations by others may be reported directly to google --
