and ID: 10275xxxx

Can you help me WHY my store does not comply with our Google Shopping Policies.

And help me FIX it.

I hope you might have received one email from Support Team regarding account suspension and the policy that could have been in violation. Can you share that removing all personal identifiable info from that?

I had a look at your website, just wanted to draw your attention to all the reviews listed on the right hand side. 

 

All of which default to the home page upon clicking. Just a thought, you may wish to link these to the appropriate pages for users to validate and read the reviews. Smiley Happy

System auto from Google very crazy. My account actived in morning, and afternoon had been suspended. I don't understand.

Suspension can happen at anytime of the day, automated reviews can be carried out at any period and therefore your account could be in good standing on minute and with no alteration what so ever by you can change to suspension. 

 

You will need to contact Google to arrange a review, however, firstly, read over policy and ensure your account is displaying no warning messages to you. 

 

If it is, correct these before contacting Google to discuss, this goes as without saying, to come in line with any policy you feel you could be in breach of.
