Hello,

 

my account is suspended due to lack of RETURN AND REFUND POLICY. Where I have to put this information to reactive my account? On my website, or on Product schedules?

All policies must be listed on your website and be clear and concise. I would recommend having a dedicated page for this information. 

 

Including a fair policy, which allows returns, detailing when and how a return is possible and any time frames set in order to be liable for a refund. How the refund will be carried out and the method the refund will be conducted. 

 

Once changes have been made to your site, complete this form

 

https://support.google.com/merchants/contact/suspended?rd=1#contact=1&ts=6081780

 

And ask for your account to be reviewed.
