Hi Abdullah,

I hope this email finds you well.

I notice that you do not offer returns or refunds for the products purchased on your site.. This is in violation of our User Safety policy and our Returns and Refunds policy. This policy is enforced strictly throughout all our Merchant Centre accounts in order to protect users.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but until you make this change your account will be ineligible. If you do decide to add a returns and refund policy to the site, do let me know and I will liaise with the Shopping team on your behalf.

Hi Abdullah

This is due to Google protecting the customer. Offering a no return policy does not allow customers any security if the item they purchase is faulty, damaged, sent in error etc.. Offering a no return "all sales final" policy is against Google's policy and this is why they have sent this message. You only have two options,

1. Continue to conduct your business in the manner you are currently, offering no return policy to customers, therefor, being forbidden to list within Google Shopping.

2. Create, abide and detail a returns policy, alter Google of the change and ask for a review.
