Do you still have access to the account? Unless you are the technical contact email address only, then you should be able to login to your accont
go to the data feeds tab found on the left hand menu. From here, you need to click on the feed name.
This will take you to the feed status screen, you will see across the tab menu
Status | Settings | Schedule
Select the schedule option, and pause the schedule.
Alternatively, if you never want to use the account/feed again, you can choose to delete the feed in the data feed page by pressing the x found at the very end column.
If you cannot login to the Merchant Center account, you will need to contact Google to discuss.
