Hi There,

Would be great if somebody can help me over shopping campaigns?

I have already a feed running and need to upload an updated one, so do I need to remove the previous feed which is live now? or there is any other way round?

Thanks

Saurav

HI Saurav
I am assuming new feed is for the same product catalog.
In this case you should navigate to Left side menu > Feed > "Your current feed name" > Manual upload > Select file from your local drive and upload.
You can also schedule to upload you feed periodically as well.

Hope this helps

Hi Nik,

Thanks for your prompt reply. I had uploaded the new feed and have not deleted the previous one.

I am waiting for the new feed to get approved and after the approval I'll delete the old one. Am i following the right approach?

Hi
You do not need to create a new feed you just upload new version of same feed and it will over ride the old one.
Please do not create a new feed. Just upload the file in the old feed.

Hi @saurav b,

Like @theniks says, a newer version of the same feed can override the old copy. If you're worried about losing previous data, you can always keep your old feed upload and just disable it for shopping, routing your new uploads into your new feed.

I hope that helps!
