Shopping datafeed - Custom label 0

Explorer ✭ ✭ ✭

In my exisiting data file, I am trying to add custom label and I have added a new column with title

"custom label 0" . and have add few values like

high priority

medium priority

low priority

Is it correct? please confirm.

In adwords, I was trying to add these custom lable by clicking + next to all product, which says "No values available from Google Merchant Center" for custom labels"

Please let me know if I am doing something wrong or I need to wait for sometime...

I added a new data file in merchant center and removed the old one as I have ad no edit access to it on google docs.

Thanks

use:
custom_label_0
without quotes -- by default, quotation-marks are not allowed.

all custom_label_ attributes must contain only one single value; e.g.

highPriority

high-priority

high

medium

low

the examples posted are appropriate and correct --

but each will be seen as one-single value by google.

also, be certain that the campaign-type is a product-listing-ads
shopping-campain; custom_label_0 ... attributes will only show
in shopping-campaigns not regular-product-listing-ads-campaigns.

google may sometimes take 24-72 hours or so
before all submitted items have a searchable
status and can be seen within adwords.

if a new data-feed has been registered then, google may take an additional
24-48 hours or so to review the data and website for potential policy issues.

if an old data-feed has been deleted, be certain any replacement feed has
the exact same id values assigned to the same physical-inventory items --
otherwise, the new feed may confuse google or take longer to review.

normally, use only one single feed and never delete the one registered
data-feed unless indicated to do so by a person at google -- typically,
spreadsheet permissions may be changed under google-docs (drive);
if not, then another account may have owned the sheet or feed.

be certain to verify that custom label 0 has been added to the

list of processed values and check the item's status -- within

the merchant-center, under the products-tab, by clicking on

the individual item's title.

items with a searchable status should show under
adwords (shopping-campains) in a few hours or so.

otherwise, be certain that no other changes to

the data-feed or campaign are causing items to

be excluded or filtered from the product-group.

Thanks,
I just called adwords support to clarify it. They say that I can have different value for each custom label. Like for custom_lable_0 I can have all these three value- high, medium, low.
