Shopify and Google Shopping Policies

I have uploaded all the products of my Shopify website via the Google Shopping App. It is my first doing it so I was happy I was able to integrate everything correctly with Google Merchant Center. However, all my products were disapproved due to: i) Return & Refund Policy (I have all the guidelines on my shopify store - do they need to be in the origin language of the country I'm using PLAs?) and; ii) USER SAFETY (MISREPRESENTATION OF SELF OR PRODUCTS).

Can anyone help on how exactly I can understand:

i) What's wrong?

ii) How should I change?

iii) Where should I change ir (Shopify or Merchant Center)?

Thanks for your help!

the return-and-refund policy must be on the website
where the items are displayed for purchase and must
be clear and easily discoverable on each landing-page --
typically, as a noticeable link within the site's footer.

all information on the website, including the return-and-refund policy, must be
in the language of the registered feed's target-country as designated by google.

misrepresentation of self or products policies, generally relate to the
business-model or how a product or business has been represented
to the public -- unless google indicates the specific steps needed to
resolve the issue, within google's policy-violation email, then usually,
nothing can be changed or fixed, and the suspension is permanent.

otherwise, simply correct all errors on the site, resubmit up-to-date
inventory (feed) data, and then, contact google for a reevaluation --

that said, forum-members can mainly offer suggestions based on what
is posted here within the public forum; forum-members cannot look into
any submitted data or account histories.

however, a merchant-center product-listing-ads support-specialist
may be contacted directly, so that a person, at google, can look
into the submitted data, website, and account details --
