Shipping Rates Table

I am currently under review for suspension because the shipping costs showing in Google Shop are different to those on the landing site. I am in Australia

I have now spent hours setting up a complex rates table for every postcode in Australia and allied to the "shipping weight" figure in my feed. But it is not working correctly. Freight rates are still incorrect. I cannot get anyone from Google to discuss this with, they just tell me my account needs to be reviewed. I don't want to risk my account being suspended at this busy time of year. How can I get someone from Google to check my rates table and make sure my freight rates display correctly?

I have fixed it myself. Apparently you must have the letters "kg" after the figure in shipping_weight for it to work. all good now

that sounds like good news and thank you for the update.

yes, a valid shipping_weight value should have
a number, space, and google-defined unit --

for example:
123.45 kg

a valid and accurate shipping_weight value is required for
rate-based tables or carrier-calculated shipping settings.

Here is an example in the documentation, where to add the unit value. Its simply in the shipping field itself. for example 10 kg
