Shipping Error Magento Go API

Visitor ✭ ✭ ✭

We're trying to add products to our Google Shopping Feed via MagentoGo's API and keep receiving the following error for each product we attempt: "A recommended attribute is missing. Internal reason: Shipping information must be specified either in Google Merchant Center account settings or in the 'shipping' attribute. See 'shipping' for product '[Product Name]' (in 'Default Store View' store)"

We have our default shipping settings set in our Merchant Center Account (Flat Rate). How do we avoid this error?

for shipping, be certain the account-setting's target-country

match the target-country within the submitted api data.

importantly, be certain that a shipping-method has been

created and saved and a default-method is also selected --

a default-method must be selected and only one default

method is allowed (per target-country).

the account-settings (for shipping) may sometimes

take 24-72 hours or so before being fully processed --

after which, the (api) data should then be resubmitted.

also, if the settings are wanted for an item, be certain

that shipping is not included in any data submitted for

the item -- any submitted shipping data, for an item,

will override account settings for that item.

also, be certain that shipping meets all

google rules, policies, and requirements.

otherwise, the best likely course would be to contact whoever

is supporting your specific version of magentogo; or try asking

within the magento or magentogo forums -- there have been

many recent changes to the api and google does not officially

support any third-party api implementation, such as magento.

or, possibly try asking within the content-api forums --!forum/google-c...
