I need assistance setting up Freight rule for some items we sell. They are custom built greenhouses, and depends on where they go and the weight. All other products we sell go UPS or USPS.

shipping must be exactly accurate or an overestimate --
or is otherwise a policy violation and grounds for items
being removed from the auctions, item disapproval, or
website or account suspension, at any time.

for freight-based shipping, carrier-rates are not supported, at all.

all the following are highly recommended to help meet the policies:

(a) submit shipping_label values that tags each category of freight-based items;

(b) submit accurate and proper shipping_weight, shipping_length, shipping_width,
and shipping_height attributes and values -- proper values should include a
number, space, and google-supported unit;
e.g.
907.185 kg

(c) configure or submit the highest shipping-cost a user may need to pay
based on the shipping_label, weight and the dimension details submitted.

account-settings can use shipping-labels to create different rate-tables,
or use shipping_weight with location details to link a set of sub-tables --
however, not all target-counties can use location details for shipping.

otherwise, if accurate or overestimated shipping cannot be set or submitted,
possibly consider other campaign-types or ad-formats to advertise such items --

and simply remove those particular items from the shopping-ads product-feed.
