Setting up Free Shipping in Merchant Center Feed

I have my shipping settings configured in Google Merchant Center to match my website since my cost of shipping is determined based upon weight. However, also any order over a certain dollar amount ships free. I don't see how to have both options configured so that if the cost is under a certain dollar amount google will use my weight based calculation but if its over a certain dollar amount it will show "Free Shipping" in google shopping. Is there a way to set this up?

there are several methods that are available to
accommodate both weight and price for shipping --

(1) simply add a multiple dimension shipping-rate within
the shipping settings of the merchant-center-account --
add a row for shipping_weight and a column for price.

(2) or, add a shipping_label setting within the account with a
corresponding shipping_label attribute in the submitted data --
the shipping_label will allow an override of the weight settings.

(3) or, add a shipping attribute to override all settings for specific items.

google will only ever use the lowest shipping rate per item-offer so,
always verify shipping for each item-offer by clicking on an item's
title under the products-tab, within the merchant-center-account.

note that shipping over an amount (price) would be for only one, single, item --
google does not support and does not recognize multiple offers or multiple
items added together; there is no concept of a shopping-cart; shipping cost
is for only one, single, item-offer.

there is no concept of multiple purchases with respect to product-listing-ads.

otherwise, a merchant-center product-listing-ads
support specialist at google may be contacted
directly for account-specific guidance.
