Schema.org Thing feed

Hi,

Is it possible to upload Thing feed?

If it’s possible where can I see feed specification for Thing?

Also, in Product feed,

Is the shipment information and tax are mandatory?

I want to upload only the basic information of the product.

What other options of basic feeds do I have?

Thanks.

(1) no -- the thing-schema cannot be uploaded.

(2) no -- there is no feed-specification for things.

(3) tax and shipping requirements depend on the target-country --
for a u.s. registered product-feed tax and shipping are required
to be set either within the account or as a per-item override in
the submitted, uploaded, (feed) data.

(4) with respect to product-listing-ads, there are
no other options other that what google specifies --

e.g. accurate price and availability information submitted within the
uploaded (feed) data and displayed on the website's link landing-page
are both required.

the automatic-item-updates feature supports only the products-schema.

however, there are other ad-formats and campaign-types that
do not have the same strict requirements as product-listing-ads.

Hi Pentagon,
You'll want to read these Help Center articles:

1. Products Feed Specification: https://goo.gl/tJTL5V
2. Summary of attribute requirements per country: https://goo.gl/DwD5pH
3. Data feeds overview: https://goo.gl/BpaB7

Hi,
Thanks for the quick response.
I’m familiar with the product specification.
My question is, if it possible to upload Thing feed? And not product.

thanks.

The only file formats supported are
text delimited (a text file with fields separated by comma)
XML
API

The Thing feed your talking about is not a structure format supported by Google.

I suggest you convert it to a XML google base format or if you have an excel file to use Google spreadsheet or via .txt
