google has a sample here --
https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/160588

however, any sample may not be usable as-is for all cases --
since what is required depends on many factors including:
(1) the registered feed's target-country;
(2) the type of physical item;
(3) if the item has variants;
(4) the needs of the shopping-campaign bid strategy.

always check the current requirements with those factors in mind --

https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/160637

especially when different categories of physical items

are being submitted within the same data-feed (file).

submitting improper or invalid data for the type of item,
target-country, or variant, can result in a disapproval or
suspension by google at any time.

using a test-feed may sometimes help --
