The only way you can deal with suspension is to contact Google directly and ask them for more details and see if the issue is easilly resolved with the help of modifications to your site or feed. After this you can ask for a review.
If you have received an email detailing your suspension, then you can choose to direct reply - if your email has a long reference (ticket number) alternatively -
You can do so through email of telephone during business hours stated for your country.
Once you have spoken to them and have a clearer view of what is needed in the way of modifications/corrections and still require assistance please do not hesitate to come back and add to this post.
