Trying to upload a Product Feed via SFTP (not a scheduled-fetch, rather through our ecom platform) but keep getting this error:

com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: timeout: socket is not established

I upped the timeout to the maximum I can set (2 min) and still received this error.

Is it possible it's a firewall issue with my outbound connection - and if so - is there an IP listing for that I can use to enable such a a rule? I saw the listing for FTP IP addresses, but could not find for SFTP server.

that error message is typically a port related issue.

for sftp, be certain that the port used and unblocked is 19321

also, be certain that the sftp-generated-username is properly set.

also, be certain that the sftp-generated-password is properly set.

also, be certain that the rsa-key server-fingerprint is exchanged.

also, be certain that the logon-type is normal -- not anonymous.

also, be certain that the uri/protocol being used is sftp.

normally, the connection and upload (put) should take a few seconds --
or a minute or so for very large inventory counts, over 100,000 items;

check the last-upload-date under the feeds-tab of the merchant-center.

otherwise, a merchant-center support specialist
at google may be contacted directly for guidance --

the issue is likely client, network, or platform specific.
