Return and Refund Policy

For Shopping Accounts, does the return/refund policy have to be on the landing page or just on the website? My client's policy is shown during the checkout process, but nowhere else.

 

https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6150127 doesn't indicate where the policy has to be, and don't want my client to do more work than necessary.

It doesn't need to be on the landing page, but I would recommend linking to it in the footer.
