Regarding Account Suspention

Hello Support Team,

We understand google made some policy which needs to be followed by everyone but challenge is when we more than 1,00,000 products feeds it difficult to fulfill all requirements suggested by google policy as many vendor not provide all products information.

Our google adwords account suspended and shown some errors in merchant center however products uploading task is an ongoing task so sometimes its quite difficult to track it.

Also many times I asked google to provide us prohibited products list or keywords but I never received it. Consider a case where my vendor name or in product description contain somewhere word like cross bow, gun, shooting etc now google not allowed mentioned keywords and send us email as policy violation.

Idle google should exclude automatically products that not meet google standards rather than suspending merchants account as when we have more than 5,00,000 products on website that time its difficult to meet all products standard information.

I hope you understand my concern and activate my account or provide us solution asap.

Regards

VV Team.

all products submitted as in stock must be in
the merchant's on-hand physical inventory.

all items submitted must adhere to all rules, policies, and requirements --
including a title and description that names and describes the physical item,
and all required global-trade-data (brand, mpn, gtin) based on the type of
physical item; for example, apparel only requires a valid brand.

any global-trade-data (mpn, gtin, brand) submitted must be
valid and accurate from the manufacturer, typically stamped
directly on the product or product-package, at the factory --
approximated, self-assigned, internal sku, or any inaccurate
or invalid, global-trade-data values are not allowed.

all physical items must adhere to all rules and policies --
restricted items or information that refers to any restricted
items generally cannot be submitted;  the submitted data
must simply name and describe only the physical item being
submitted and that physical item must adhere to all policies.

there is no requirement to submit all inventory items.

the checkout-flow must be ssl/https secure.

disapproved items may only be examples or samples --
all items submitted should be inspected to verify that
no other items are violating the same similar policies.

regardless of the number of items submitted or in stock,
even one, single, item violating any one rule or policy, can
trigger a disapproval or suspension -- a single disapproval
or suspension can be for many multiple issues.

google is the final arbiter of all policies.

if any issue is not addressed in a timely manner, or there are too many
issues over time, or any one issue was serious enough, a suspension can
simply be permanent.

if a suspension is permanent then, typically, no solution is available.

that said, this is primarily a peer-to-peer forum; forum-members can mainly
offer suggestions based on the information posted here in the public forum --
google does read the forums but also tends not to address account-specific
suspension issues in public.

the best likely course is to contact a merchant-center
product-listing-ads support specialist directly at google.
