There are three attributes involved to be labeled refilled.

One is the category
Electronics > Print, Copy, Scan & Fax > Printer, Copier & Fax Machine Accessories > Printer Consumables > Toner & Inkjet Cartridge Refills

Two is the condition
Refurbished

Three is the GTIN

Ensure the GTIN is correct, which is provided by the manufacturer, this can be a EAN or UPC.

When both these values are met than the possibility of being labeled refilled is increased. However as Google is constantly experimenting any methods can change at any time.

Hope this helps.

Hey Emmanuel F,

Category is correct also in my feed which mention you above and the product is not refurbished and GTIN is also correct.

What would be the reason behind. Please advise

Thanks,
Abhishek

Try and choose your condition as refurbished or used.

If you have all 3 things setup, than I'm not sure what else is missing. Alternatively you can try and contact Google Adwords team. Do note when you make a change it can take a while before it's reflected on Google and it is not on all brands. There might by other elements missing.

As Google does not share what is required, this is simply a guessing game. Until someone can figure it out.

refilled printer-ink items must be submitted
with a condition value of exactly used -- or
is otherwise a policy violation and grounds
for a disapproval or suspension, at any time.

all such items must also use the exact, valid, and proper

global-trade-data (mpn, gtin, brand) of the manufacturer

who actually built the product -- not the printer's data --

otherwise, identified_exists FALSE should be used but

without any mpn, brand, or gtin information, whatsoever.

generally, if the item is seen within the proper compare-prices group,

this is one indicator that the item is being submitted with proper and

valid global-trade-data -- although, this is not necessarily true with

respect to all search-terms.

submitting improper or invalid global-trade-data is also a policy violation.

using a proper condition value of used and corresponding
google_product_category and global-trade-data for such

refills may allow google to add the automated-extension,

as seen within the screen-capture, indicating refilled; but,

this is not guaranteed.

as was indicated, support-specialists at google
may be contacted directly for more information.
