Products without title in Google Merchant Center

Hi, I have some products that appear without a title in Google Merchant Center, only a blank space. The thing is some of them got rejected and I don't know why, and I can't figure it out either because I don't know how to access to the product view without the title link.

I attach an image so you can see what I'm talking about:

Thank you all in advance,

Juan

missing titles are usually due to how the data was created or submitted,

the data surrounding an item, mixing multiple encodings, any data that

is not plain text, such as html, or any special characters or symbols not

supported by the encoding -- such as microsoft proprietary characters.

first, click on the arrowed-box, near the far-left of the item; this should

launch the landing-page, that is usually the source of the information --

which may offer some clues.

if the data was submitted via a feed, within the merchant-center-account,
click on the products-feed-tab click on the feed's name, and carefully
inspect the status; also, possibly click on the download-file link -- to
download the feed-file, load the file into a browser-window or similar,
search for the item's id within the file, and inspect the contents.

if the data was submitted via the api, then carefully inspect the
api-diagnostics-tab (api-dashboard); click on any blue-numbers
of failed api-calls and inspect the request and response snippets.

also, inspect the products-diagnostics tab by clicking on any links within the
blue-boxes for the account, feeds, and items, under current-issues -- and by
clicking on dates within the graph of submitted data and then inspecting any
corresponding historical issues -- by hovering over the far-left issues-flags

and clicking on the corresponding learn-more and related links.

otherwise, the best likely course is to contact whoever is supporting the
site and e-commerce-system that are being used to create the landing-page
and submit the data to google.

otherwise, google may be contacted to look directly into the account.

otherwise, such items should likely be removed and not resubmitted

until the root-cause of the issues are fully resolved; items without a

title are grounds for disapproval or a suspension, at any time.

as an aside, the title should clearly name the physical item being sold; e.g.
