Products in feed "awaiting review" since June 12th

The products I added in the feed on June 12th, 2015, are still "awaiting review" (screenshot attached) - that's 12 days now! Any advice? Everything in the feed was added accordingly to the guidelines and requirements.

Thanks,

Robert

My problem was solved following an advice and temporary workaround suggested by the AdWords team. I was advised to add a bogus parameter at the end of the image URLs in the feed file, like ?p=1, and then resubmit the product feed file; this forced a re-crawl by the Google system and after 2 days all of the products stuck with "awaiting review" status were approved and correctly appeared in the AdWords campaign.

I was notified that this would be just a temporary solution, and that after the technical issue is fixed there will be no need to keep the bogus query parameter in the image URLs.

I hope this solution will help to other merchants having the same problem as mine.

Regards,

Robert

Hi Robert,
I'll request that this gets reviewed for you. I'll need some account specifics so please look out for an email from the AdWords team.

Thanks Kathleen, I contacted Adwords support team (through chat and phone) last week, and the only answer they have is that there is some technical issue with reviewing/approving products, and not only with my account but with all merchant accounts, and that they expedited the problem to their technical team; but, 12 days seems way too much to solve these "technical issues" for such respected company as Google and especially the Adwords department. So, what is really going on here? I'm losing business just because products are stuck in the review process.

Regards,
Robert

Hi Robert,
Yes, this information is correct. I can see that you are corresponding with a member of the AdWords team who is keeping an eye on this. I'd advise to continue corresponding with the same Online Specialist until the issue is resolved.
