Hello,

 

I am facing some unexpected issues in merchant product feed.

I have recently added 50000 products in my merchant feed but majority of them are disapproved with error "Product pages cannot be accessed from a mobile device" & "Product pages cannot be accessed "

I have communicated with support many times. but now i couldn't even see the communication options from my particular adwords account.

Finally after lot of calls & emails i have been told that my website isn't mobile friendly and these issues are cause due to not mobile friendly website. 

i can understand "Product pages cannot be accessed from a mobile device" can relate with mobile but have confusion with "Product pages cannot be accessed " after reading more about these issues

also i communicated with support and couldn't get a satisfactory answer and the said we are closing this issue.

it has become very frustrating getting a solution with support for these issues. please help

If you provide use with some details about the products, we might be able to suggest. Such as landing page, and a list of all errors and warnings.

These are some examples of my majority errors which effect 40% 40% of my feed respectively.

I was informed by the support that these errors are due to website not mobile friendly. I read more on these issues and couldn't find that answer satisfactory. that is why i am seeking help.

You have a chrome extension that forces a user to accept notifications before going to the site. The whole page is blacked out.

I recommend removing this.

 

This might or might not be all the reasons.

also, there is sometimes a sign-up pop-up that eventually appears --

that is also not allowed.

 

also, the full page-load tends to be rather slow --

slow page loads may also equate to inaccessibility.

yes, i do understand about the page speed and popup which are important & we are working on it. but in-spite of these we had majority of products running live 3 weeks ago. we still have around 10000 products live & approved. but certain products are not approved (including previously approved products) with above errors. so do you still think page speed and popup can cause this dissaprovals as it didn't happen earlier and to avoid crawl errors i have been fetching the feed constantly. still a bit confused on the solution.

A violation, warning or error can happen at any given time. Not all validation checks such as manual reviews or automated reviews happen every time you upload a new product or edit a product. Some issues can be un detected for years.

 

However it is recommend to work towards resolving known issues to avoid any further issues and hopefully resolve the current ones. Because we simply community members and have nothing to do with Google, we are only giving you suggestions based on our experiences.

 

I recommend you try and improve your page load speed as celebird detected, if you do not know how to do this, try searching online for articles or ask your web developer to look into this

I also recommend looking into removing the browser notification popup and see if it resolves the issue.

 

The only way to resolve the issue is to test it out, as each merchant has a different issue, there is no easy fix and answer that fits perfectly for any given person.

Ok, i am surely trying the solution provided & hope for the best, i just needed a clarity from community experts for my understanding, as support gave a different solution & i received a different one here. thank you for your response.
