Products Not Displaying in Adwords - Shopping Campaigns

Hi There!

So here is my problem....

1) My data feed with ~80 products have been "Approved" in the Google Merchant Center

2) Adwords and Merchant Center are correctly 'linked' using the appropriate account IDs

3) Both the feed, merchant center, and shopping campaigns are set to target the "United States", so there shouldn't be a problem there

4) Everything else seems to be perfect....

But for some reason when I create a Shopping Campaign in Adwords, it does not pull any of my products from the Merchant Center.

It just says...

"There are no eligible products for Google Shopping in your linked Merchant Center accounts."

Does anyone have any idea why Adwords is not pulling my products from the Merchant Center? I have scoured the web and cannot find any potential issues that could be causing this.

Thank you!!

depending on the exact circumstances, items matching a

product-group may sometimes take 24-72-hours or so.

also, check the quality-tab within the merchant-center for any quality issues --

quality crawls and website related issues surface after items are processed.

to verify that the attributes in the data submitted are matching a product-group,

within adwords click the products-group tab and then click view-full-list-of-products.

a green check simply indicates that items are eligible to display in results --

to actually display in results depends on the bid and multiple quality factors;

be certain there is sufficient budget and the items you wish to have participate

in the (product-listing-ad/google-shopping) auctions have a bid.

after items have matched a product-group, about the best

way to verify results is by checking the statistics within the

adwords account -- searching for your own products within

google-shopping will both skew the results and can remove

items from your own auctions.

if after 72-hours there are no impressions

google should likely be contacted directly,

to look into all data submitted, the website,

types of items, and both accounts.
