I've just noticed that since June 3rd, 100% of our products are now disapproved in our Merchant Center.

Here is our feed:

http://www.warcom.com.au/datafeeds/google/

I have checked our robots.txt file, and it seems to be fine..

It looks like this:

User-agent: *
Allow: /

# Disallow: /shop/flypage/
Disallow: /blog/wp-includes/
Sitemap: http://www.warcom.com.au/sitemap.xml

User-agent: Googlebot
Disallow:

User-agent: Googlebot-image
Disallow:

I can't see any reason why it's not working, so any help would be appreciated.

all items submitted must have proper product images.

items with placeholder or similar images are not allowed --

all such items must be removed from the feed alotgether

or a proper image must be submitted and displayed.

simply make the corrections on the website or

in the data (feed), or both, resubmit the feed,

and then contact google for a review.

as an aside, currently supported feed file formats are here --

We have thousands of products, it's going to be a huge job making sure they all have proper images.

This has not been an issue in the past?

the items without any product images or with placeholders

seem to be the most obvious policy violations where such

items can simply be removed altogether.

google constantly checks items for potential policy violations --
unfortunately, the length of time items or the website has not
been flagged has no impact on such policy issues.

Hi Celebird,

We have started trawling through all the errors now and cleaning them up, but it seems as though the feed has just started working by itself again anyway..

first, that's good news and thank you for the update.

the feed working does not necessarily mean all data
within the feed or on the website conforms to all
the policies -- most policy related checks are done
after the feed has been processed during crawls
which can take some time to surface any issues.

generally, google shows examples of issues -- not a full set;
the examples can be used to help find a root-case and then
correct all such issues to avoid a future disapproval.
