I have setup everything and it says one of my products is searchable. It's been two days and no clicks.

Hi Brian, did you get any impressions? If not, make sure if you have set bids in your campaign.

Hey Brian, how are things?

Products with "Searchable" status means that active items are fully approved and are eligible to appear, as long as they meet the necessary requirements for that to happen (like having billing information set, bids set and everything else).

One thing to check is rather you are having Impressions or not. If you are having impressions, it's a matter of optimizing your campaign, and for a first step, usually increasing your bids help a little bit. On the other hand, if you're NOT getting impressions, your campaign is not running at all, even with your products activated and searchable, and maybe this guide can help you:

Hope this helps.

Hi Brian,

As it is searchable then hoping you might have got impressions.

Also it will be better if you elaborate the campaign type, whether its a search campaign or shopping?

Suggestions for the search campaigns:

Go through some check points:

  • Check whether if you have bid too low.
  • Check the average position of your ads in the adwords statistics.
  • Check your ads quality.

Modifications:

  • Increase the bid amount.
  • Use ad Extensions.
  • Improve quality score.
  • Make your adcopy eye catching, use your USPs, Call to action and include offers in the adcopies to interact the users.

All these steps will help to improve the ad position and hence more change of clicks.
