Product Listings Showing Up But Not With Other Merchants

I have successfully listed my products through Merchant Center, and have a Shopping adwords campaign that is running and working.

But my products are not listed with other merchants for the same product. For example, if you go to shopping.google.com and search "Product X", the results show:

Product X from 10+ Stores

Product X from "My Store"

So my listing is on it's own, and not with the 10+ Stores. The product title is identical, and it is the exact same product.

Can anyone assist? Is it because my bid is too low?

The reason for this could be related to the product GTIN (in the US this would be UPC). If the same product is listed across multiple online stores then Google will aggregate them using a unique product identifier like GTIN. Ensure that you are submitting this field and that it's accurate for your products. If you believe that it's currently active then I would investigate the other products that are being aggregated to find out what GTIN they are using.

Hope that helps,

Thanks Jim. I'm using the same MPN as the other advertisers (as far as I can tell, I can't see what they've submitted to Google, but I can see what they list on their own site).

I can see that my ads are "active" but that "dynamaic remarketing" is "disapproved or invalid" - could that be it?

It wouldn't be related to dynamic remarketing. Are you using the correct GTINs in your product feed?

I'm using MPN as my GTIN (https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/160161?hl=en). The products are provided by one manufacturer (eg an OEM), and they use an MPN. I'm not aware that they have any other sort of identifying number.

click on the compare-prices link, scroll-down to near the bottom of the
compare-prices (product) page and carefully inspect the details section.

generally, the brand, part-number (mpn), and gtin -- must, all, match the data
being submitted, exactly, to be considered for a compare-prices product-group.

note that if part-number is not listed, then mpn cannot be submitted, at all.

the global-trade-data (mpn, gtin, and brand) values should be assigned by
the manufacturer and be identical for all merchants submitting that item --
the physical item, in inventory, and the brand-manufacturer, must also be
exactly identical to what is being submitted and sold by others.

typically, the quality of all other data submitted and the bid,

must both be high enough to win a slot during the auctions.

that said, compare-prices and other similar groupings are
otherwise purely at google's discretion and google has yet
to publish any exact criteria for any guaranteed entry into

such automated groups.
