Product Level Detail in reporting

New to PLAs, but I've "inherited" a group of 14 feeds with about 2400 products.  I've read a lot and searched, but I can't find the answer to this question.  How do I get impression/click information at the specific product level?  That is, I can click into a Campaign, and see the AdGroup Label, and when I click that, I can get information to the Product Group level, but I can't see which specific products in there got clicked (or were shown, etc.)  I can click the little box in there that will show me a subset of all the products in that group, but no stats for any specific product in the group.

How can I find performance data for specific products in my feeds?

first, you're welcome.

an adwords-account can have both campaign types.

regular-product-listing-ad campaigns use product-targets;
the newer shopping-campaigns use product-groups --
to organize and cluster items together for bidding.

under each campaign -- check the ad-groups
for either product-groups or product-targets.

otherwise, the best likely course would be to
contact a person at adwords so they can look
directly into the account.

for a product-listing-ads shopping-campaign, simply

navigate to the dimensions-tab within the adwords

account and select search-terms, under view-menu.

for a regular-product-listing-ads-campaign, the campaign

would likely need to be upgraded to a shopping-campaign --

depending on how the campaign had been constructed

such granularity may not be available.

details are currently here --

Is there a way for me to determine if it is still a PLA campaign or if it has already been upgraded to a Shopping campaign? According to that second link, I should see a column titled "Shopping Campaign Creation Status", but I don't see this on the Settings page for all campaigns. Does this mean these are already Shopping campaigns?

If I click on one of the campaigns individually and click the Settings tab for that, the "Type" is shown as "Shopping - Product Listing Ads". That sounds like both!

Thank you for your help.

Again, thanks. I actually do have a message into Google, so hopefully that will help. And your info has been very helpful.

you're welcome again.

a google-adwords representative from the
google-ads-team may also be called here --
http://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1385067
http://support.google.com/adwords/answer/8206

be certain to use the drop-down country menu, and the
drop-down language menu, to display the appropriate
contact details for your country, language, and time zone.

when contacting adwords, be certain to emphasize strongly and
immediately that you have a question about "product listing ads".
