Product Launch/Flash Sale- Expedited Item Approval

Hi,

My company runs the online stores for a number of major electronics manufacturers. In addition to running the sites themselves, we also manage the merchant feeds for their stores. One of the issues that has caused problems centers around product launches. When a new set of products launches for the manufacturer, they typically want the items to be available to run product ads on almost immediately. However, once a new item is loaded into the Google Merchant Center there is typically a 1-3 day delay before the item becomes approved for shopping campaigns, and then often another day before the ads in the Adwords account start gathering impressions.

Because the product information is embargoed, we cannot put them live on the site before launch, and if we try to upload the information before the product is visible on the site, the items will be disapproved.

For the hardware manufacturers, this means they often miss out on generating traffic for preorders during the initial days after launch when consumer interest is highest.

Similarly, they often host flash sales with exclusive deals on items that are often bundled together. By the time the items have been approved and are visible in adwords, the flash sale is already over.

Is there anything that can be done to speed up the approval process in either of these cases to prevent missing out on opportunities for increased sales (and adwords spend)?

about the closest mechanism for such a use-case is using preorder availability
with an exact date and time for the availability_date -- however, this would
still require a functioning landing-page with a matching availability, visible
to all users and google's crawls, at all times.

using campaign-priorities is a similar launch-mechanism,

but with a similar landing-page requirement/restriction.

there is simply no direct method to avoid
or expedite google's policy-approval process --

google may also re-review an item at any time.

some items or scenarios are simply not a good fit for shopping-ads.

there are other campaign-types and ad-formats that may be a better fit;
while other types of ads require a landing-page and an approval process,
the approval may be somewhat quicker depending on the ad's details --

a careful use of no-index and pausing/resuming the ad may help.
