Product GTIN not recognised by Google

I have a selection of post boxes that have been given a barcode / GTIN by the manufacturer but Google continues to state the codes are incorrect. They are visible currently but they're in the list of incorrect GTIN.

Is there anyway of fixing this?

- verify the gtin value in the data before being submitted;
some back-end systems or spreadsheets reformat or pad
such data -- the submitted value must be purely numeric.

- the check-digit must be valid.

- the digits must be seen under the bar-code, stamped at the factory,
on the exact item being sold -- for example, digits from multi-item
packages are not allowed unless the entire package is being sold.

- the data must be valid gtin from the manufacturer;
for example, restricted-ranges bulk-purchased gtin
or other bar-code digits are generally not allowed.

google does not require gtin, unless the digits are valid global-trade-data,
assigned by the manufacturer; all merchants selling the same items should
be submitting the same exact gtin digits -- if available, check the exact digits

under compare-prices within google-shopping, against the submitted data.

otherwise, forum-members cannot look into the submitted data or accounts;
we would normally need specific information to offer specific suggestions --
such as the exact item, feed, and gtin details being submitted.

otherwise, a support specialist may be contacted directly.
