Problem with Magento item out of stock

Hi, to all i have a great problem from yesterday

 

All My Listing on google shopping are disapproved with the message that the availability is incorrect on my website 

 

i checked all the items that are affected by this problem and all the products are in stock on my website 

 

I Tried to contact google support but no response

 

i have more than 400 product on shopping and until the 15/10/2015 all was ok, from this date all the item are checked as disapproved  due to incorrect availability

 

Other with magento have the same problem?

the best likely course would be to try asking whoever is supporting
the website's version of magento or try asking within the magento
help-forums for suggestions.

generally, all items submitted as in stock must be physically
in your on-hand, physical inventory at the time the item is
submitted -- the availability information displayed on the
website must exactly match the submitted data at all times.

perhaps importantly, any microdata that is on the site must match
both the submitted data and what is displayed to the user and
must adhere to all policies for the automatic-item-updates feature --

simply passing google's structured-data-testing tool is not enough --

otherwise, the automatic-item-updates feature must be disabled
within the merchant-center-account settings.

otherwise, forum members cannot look into any submitted data or accounts --
we would typically need specific information such as exact status information,
any exact messages, screen-captures, registered url, exact data submitted,
data-feed and account histories, etc, posted here within the public forum
[minus any personal or private information] to help diagnose any potential
issues or offer more specific suggestions.

otherwise, a support specialist at google
