Hi There,

We have a e-ecommerce website in Magento and we are trying to integrate Google Shopping Api to include our products on Google. We are using this Magento extension to integrate Google Shopping http://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/google-content-api-for-shopping.html. But we are getting this error while adding products :

Errors happened while adding products to Google Shopping.

You didn't verify and claim your website's URL. Internal reason: Please verify and claim your website's URL, until you do so you cannot upload any product listings. See 'item' for product 'StarTech.com 1 feet High Speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet- HDMI to HDMI Mini- M/M ' (in 'English' store). A recommended attribute is missing. Internal reason: Shipping information must be specified either in Google Merchant Center account settings or in the 'shipping' attribute. See 'shipping' for product 'StarTech.com 1 feet High Speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet- HDMI to HDMI Mini- M/M ' (in 'English' store).

Please help me with solution and let me know if I am doing anything wrong.

Thanks

It sounds like you have multiple issues with your feed. Have you worked with Feeds before? Familiar with all the required attributes?

Where are you seeing the errors? Is it through the Magento add-on via the API? It almost sounds as though you either don't have a Google Merchant Center account to send a feed to or you haven't verified your website through Google Merchant Center. I assume that you have a Google Merchant Center account and that your site is verified there?

I have verified and claimed my website. Now I am getting this below error:

Errors happened during synchronization with Google Shopping
Cannot update items.
Specified destination is not supported. See the Destinations section for more information. Internal reason: ProductSearch See 'required_destination' for product 'Fujitsu Port Replicator' (in 'English' store)

Is it Attribute Mapping issue or something else I am missing? Please help as its very urgent for me.

Thanks

In the meantime, is there a way that to export the feed from Magento? At least that way you can feed to Google Merchant Center manually. That buys some time to automate the process.

My guess is that the Magento addon that you have installed allows for input of FTP credentials. Can you double-check those credentials? It sounds like it's either that or the destination URL for your product isn't feeding properly.

Either way, feeding manually will do two things:

1. Allow you to start your PLA campaigns now.
2. See all errors that Google will have for you.

If all that doesn't work, have a look at the following threads for possible solutions.

the best likely course would be to contact whoever
is handling support for the magento extension --
or try asking within the magento forums for others
who may be using the same or similar extension.
