Preemptive item disapproval (price): Ensure that the price in your product data matches

Hi,

 

All items in our Google Merchant Center feed has been disapproved due to incorrect prices (all 1M+ in the feed). We have reached out to Google Support to help us diagnose the issue. We have since followed below steps:

 

1. Implement microdata on our product detail pages.

2. Update price on feed to use the Buy Now price on PDP.

 

However, out items are still disapproved. They have been disapproved for 11 days now. Can anyone provide additional feedback so we can take a look?

First check all your products that the price in the feed is identical to the price on the landing page. It may be a big task, but you need to make sure that this is 100% correct.

 

Than if you have corrected all the issues, submit a reapproval request here and wait up to 5 business days : https://support.google.com/merchants/contact/suspended?rd=1#contact=1&ts=6081780
