Hey Guys,

Can anyone throw some lights on few concerns I have regarding Popups on Homepage?

1. Does Adding a Pop-Up Signup Form to Your Website's Homepage(only) result in suspension of my google merchant/AdWords account?

2. Do multiple pop-ups like popup form, live chat, offer pop-ups on homepage result in suspension of my google merchant/AdWords account?

3. Do I have to remove Live chat pop-up on product landing page?

Please guide me.

Thanks

(1) pop-ups anyplace on a site that interferes with usefulness,
navigation, or the overall user-experience, is a violation of the

editorial and professional requirements, related to shopping-ad
quality policies.

(2) pop-ups on a landing-page that may obstruct any key element --
such as the submitted inventory-item's title, description, image,
price, currency, availability, the buy-button, etc., or may interfere
with the overall usefulness or user-experience on a landing-page,
violates shopping-ad requirements and policies.

(3) see (1) and (2) above.

any violation of the policies may result in lower quality,
the items removed from the ad-auctions, disapproval,

or a suspension from the program, at any time.

however, forum-members cannot look into submitted-data
or account details -- google is the final arbiter of all policies.
