Policy violation unresolved

Hi 

Some of my products are evidently violating a policy but there is no indication of what policy or how ...the is not much a wheelchair can violate .the same products were live and doing well till a 10 days back. 

 

 

 

 

 

Have been in touch with the support team for over a week now but no resolution. Very disappointed with this

As MosheTLV has stated, you are missing Location on the contact Us page, however, I found this address elsewhere on your site, is this your location? If so, you should move this to your Contact Us/About Us area.7

Also, your checkout is not secure. Any page you gather customer information, must be secure.

On a side note, this page, took a very long time to respond.

Thank you so much - finally something concrete inputs which I can work on and address - Google shopping folks are a bit puzzled as well - especially since we have been using the same feed for months now and have not been able to give any specific action points. 

 

I am truly grateful - will try to resolve all the things you have suggested and revert .

I included the location - however now I see a new problem - somethings to do with image.  

 

So now while the items disapproved for policy violations remain where they are the image issue ( it says Open image )  has not got almost 70% of my inventory to be disapproved . 

 

The tech team for my platform providers were on a call with the Google support team yday and even they could not figure out what is wrong with the xml - its scheduled for a daily fetch . The Google team said they will do a fresh fetch etc. but I think after that the issue has got aggravated . Screen shot below

This is now spiralling out of control - would really be obliged if you could suggest any tweaks etc . If need be I can just a manual excel upload to atleast get   my sales back on track
