Policy violation unresolved

My feed had to be resubmitted due to some missing analytics code which caused my url claim as lost - however after having taken care of that , the same feed now shows almost 25% of teh inventory as inactive with  NO details on what policy violations have occurred .

I have called and emailed you contact centre and have been doing so but no concrete answers are coming - either by way of steps i need to take to correct the feed or anything else which is required.

A few days back my adwords campaign ran into trouble since your systems asked my for something called a online pharmacy certification - which is not applicable to our  products nor does that legal entity exist in India .

After some emails that got sorted out , but then this kicked in .

This is really hurting the business - we are a tiny startup and cannot afford this - please help

Thank you

Rahul

the best likely course would be to continue working
directly with the policy specialist at google who has
been assigned to the case.

otherwise, google may be contacted here --

generally, the policies are based on the registered data-feed's
target-country -- not where the business is physically located.

unfortunately, forum members cannot look into the feed or account
and cannot resolve policy matters; typically, google will not discuss
details of private, individual, policy issues within the public forum.

I just got off the phone with the Google support - after 1 week of follow ups  , they have informed me that there is nothing they can do since this is an automated violation and there is no scope of any manual review for the Shopping listing - which is different from what your help topics say.

This is completely bizzare - where I am told that some products have violated a policy but no details of what policies are being violated nor any solution - worse these are the SAME products which were live till a few days back and evidently passed the policy muster . A bit Orwellian this .

Its time Google did something to resolve these kind of arbitrary issues  -  it hurts the small guy

Thank you
