Hello,

I have readed in internet that Google is retiring the existing e-commerce platform imports with Bigcommerce, Prestashop, and Magento, in order to better focus on solutions that will make the chopping ads onboarding a more seamless experience.

So for import products now we have to use a platform like lengow or shoppingfeed ?

I have a client who want only put his products in google shopping and not marketplace, so if he has to pay a platform like lengow or shoppingfeed it is so expensive.

Thank you for your help.

that sounds correct in terms of google retiring the
existing e-commerce platform integration-solutions

that google has previously written for importing data.

generally, there are both free and paid integration solutions
to continue to submit inventory data to the merchant-center.

if inventory is very small, a simple spreadsheet may be an adequate solution.

otherwise, the best likely course would be to contact the e-commerce
platform's support-organization directly, and ask in the appropriate
e-commerce platform's forum, for recommendations for both paid
and possibly free solutions.

many, if not most, e-commerce-platforms or content-management-systems,
have some form of free data import/export feature, built-in to their services --

check for compatibility with google merchant-center/shopping-ads.

as an aside, the formal retirement of the platform-imports
does begin march 20, 2018 -- transitioning to a new solution
should likely be researched and completed much earlier, to
help avoid any major disruptions.

google does not recommend any particular solution as a replacement.

recommending any particular platform-import solution --

plug-in, add-on, extension, etc., paid or free -- is also

outside the scope of google's forums.
