Pending Status ?

It has been awhile since I have worked with my FTP.. Now I want to address this part of my site.

I have a 2009 registration of my FTP. I have checked my settings and the first time I entered my account the verification and claim were both green. the second time I checked it the site was unclaimed.

I did not want to initiate a claim for fear that I would screw things up..

I did change the password of the FTP account but not the user name..Cant image that would do anything to the claim status..

Can anyone help me to understand what is occuring and what to do next since I can not launch an upload of my products without the ok from these two items...

a claim loss may be triggered by the following issues:

- another authorized owner of the website has claimed the site;
- a change has been made to the website or webmaster-tools-account;
- the url-setting has been changed within the merchant-center-account;

yes, be certain the url has a green check-mark and all link values within
the submitted (feed) data exactly match the claimed url-setting within
the merchant-center-account, before uploading any (feed) data.

also, check for any disapproval or suspended messages within the account.

generally, ftp credentials have nothing whatever to do with a claim.

otherwise, google may be contacted here:

claim loss may be triggered by the following issues:

- another authorized owner of the website has claimed the site; I am the only authorized owner to my knowledge - we have had this site for 6 years... Unless someone has hacked into this account...
- a change has been made to the website or webmaster tools-account; Did not that I know of
- the url-setting has been changed within the merchant-center-account; Did not that i know of..

yes, be certain the url has a green check-mark and all link values within
the submitted (feed) data exactly match the claimed url-setting within
the merchant-center-account, before uploading any (feed) data.

So at this point I am stuck...

Could not find any

Tried that and It requires an AdWords Account which we cannot afford...

Suggestions?

"Tried that and It requires an AdWords Account ..."

an adwords-account is required for google-shopping;
google-shopping results show only product-listing-ads;
google-shopping is a highly competitive ad auction --
payment to google is per-click based on your bids.
