Pending Products Since May

I was curious on what my products look like on Google Shopping and found out none of my products are showing up. I logged into Google Merchant Center and found out all of my products are still pending since May. May I ask how long it takes for them to get approved? Is it because of something I did wrong? Is there a bug? Were we being overlooked? Please help! Thank you!

most delays in (awaiting) a review are usually triggered by a few issues; e.g.
(a) a potential policy violation of an item, image, website, or type of product;
(b) submitted data not adhering to the rules or policies of a target-country;
(c) a recently registered feed or existing feed with unreported (syntax) errors;
(d) an item that has not been updated with respect to the most recent policies;
(e) certain (feed) data updates -- such as a new product or any new id;
(f) a feed that has not been updated (re-uploaded) in over a month;
(g) id values that change or are not unique per-item, or across multiple feeds;
(h) a landing-page or image that cannot be crawled properly, at all times;
(i) a feed submitted too frequently with respect to the expiration-date;
(j) any change to a website including images, content, or structure;
(k) items not listed as in stock or not in your current, physical, inventory;
(l) having more than one registered feed -- only one feed is recommended.

also, under the diagnostics-tab, under the current-issues section --
try clicking on the account, feeds, and items, flagged or blue boxes.

if there are any obvious issues, simply make the corrections in the
feed or on the website and then re-upload the registered data-feed,
before contacting google.

otherwise, forum members cannot look into data-feeds or account histories --
we would usually need more specific information such as exact feed status,
diagnostics status, screen-captures, exact feed entry details, etc., posted
here within public-forum [minus any personal or private information] to offer
more specific suggestions.

google may re-review an item, feed, or website at any time.

otherwise, if a review-status lingers for more than a few
business-days or so then, google may be contacted here --

check your file format once and also see if you have updated the product feed with all the mandatory columns. Recently Google has updated many changes in their policies.

Re check the format & specs here and also the policy here - https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6149970?rd=1
