Hi Experts,

I am running both Google PLA & Google Shopping campaigns (same products, same bid, same budget).

My targeted region is London, UK.

PLA Campaign - Start date Mar 12, 2014

Shopping campaign - Start date Mar 28, 2014

PLA campaign almost 15 days older than Google Shopping campaign.

Google PLA campaign - I recieved 8 clicks after 888 impressions.

Google Shopping campaign - I recieved no impression, no clicks.

I know August'14 onwards, Google Shopping campaign replace with Google PLA campaigns.

Now my questions are:

a) What could be the reason I was not getting enough impressions/clicks from PLA campaign?

b) What is the reason, Google Shopping don't give me even a single impression.

c) What more can I do the increase my campaign performance.

Looking forward to hear you soon.

Regards

Ankit Kapoor

be certain that the items are seen within the

products-group of the shopping-campaign.

check the negative-keywords within the campaigns.

check the priority settings within the campaigns.

"same products"

otherwise, the regular-product-listing-ads campaign

that is advertising the same products must be paused --

so that the same products are not being advertised

in more than one campaign.

generally, a product-listing-ads shopping-campaign

is meant to replace the regular-product-listing-ads

campaign for the same set or subset of products.

details are currently here --

otherwise, the best likely course is to use the general ads

trouble-shooter and then simply contact google directly --

Thank you very much for your prompt reply.
Actually, I have missed the priority settings within the campaigns i.e. (low, medium & high). I have set them HIGH now, & paused the PLA campaign.

Lets see whats happen, does Google Shopping campaign give me his best OR
I need to use some other positive techniques to make this campaign profitable.
