PLA promotion message

Hey all,

 

I pushed the PLA with promotion message "Extra 20% Off Elite Covers + Free Shipping" last night. But today I searched on google to find ours PLA, I did not see the promotion message... However the ads do have data (performance) in the account.

I paused other ads only let that one to run. What's the problem there? Or there is nothing wrong?

if the promotional-message was set within a shopping-campaign ad-group
then, the promotional-messages set within ad-groups have been retired --
and will begin to be removed from product-listing-ads over time.

promotional-messages may now be added to all ad-text, automatically,
at google's discretion, based on accurate price, sale_price, shipping,
or similar data, submitted in the (feed) attributes or set in the account --
assuming the data abides by current rules, policies, and specifications.

alternatively, the optional merchant-promotions-program
or, similar third-party programs, may be used to submit
certain specific promotional-text, offers, and coupons --
typically by using a separate promotions-feed -- within
the guidelines of the merchant-promotions-program.

if the promotional-messages were pushed within a promotions-feed as part of the
merchant-promotions-program then, the promotion approval may sometimes take
24-72 hours or so and must meet all the merchant-promotions-program rules and
policies -- both within the promotion and on the website, before being seen.

as an aside, be certain not to add any promotional-messages or similar

ancillary information within any submitted products (feed) data -- that is

a policy violation and grounds for disapproval or (permanent) suspension

from the program, at any time; all such text and images should be removed

from within the submitted products (feed) data.
