One of 13 products will not update with product feed

I have a product feed with 13 products that updates monthly. For some reason one of them will not update. It also has the price from another product. How can I "purge" the old entry so the new one will take?

entries are tracked by id.

be certain that each item has a unique id
that never ever changes between updates --
a best-practice is to use an internal sku
or similar that contains both letters and

numbers for the id; e.g. abc-123

especially if a spreadsheet is being used.

also, generally, be certain that there is only one
data-feed registered with google -- use the same
registered feed for all updates (changes, additions,
or deletes); any missing item (id) from the feed will
be considered a delete.

to update a price simply change the price of the
item with the corresponding id and re-upload
the registered feed; google may sometimes take
24-72 hours or so to process and change the
status of the item in the merchant-center.

otherwise, forum members cannot look into
the feed or account -- we would need more
information such as screen-captures.

otherwise, a support-specialist may be contacted directly.
