No mapped products The promotion could not be tested during review

I have a promotion mapped to more than 100 products  using products / feeds / supplemental feeds. 

 

When I submit it says: 

"No mapped products The promotion could not be tested during review. It has not been mapped to any product in your Products feed. Please review and make changes to your Products feed. You can request a re-test by clicking on the "Request a retest" link below once the issue is fixed.

Request a retest "

 

Any idea what can be wrong?

Have you assigned the promotion id in the data feed? More info :https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7050148

Make sure the promotion id in the data feed identically matches the promo id in the promotion feed or internally in Google Merchant Promotions list.

 

If you provide us more info such as screenshots, feed examples etc... we might be able to assist further if the above was not helpful.

Yes, the promotion is assigned to a supplemental feed.

The ID is identical, check the picture in the link below.
Here is the feed and the error

Most weird, in the Franch  it was approved, in other countries (US, UK, etc) no.
We have of course different XML for french and english but the promotion and product ID`s are identical.

This could be a bug as it seems your using an English feed for France, I recommend you contact Google directly.
