No help from customer support when email google merchant center
Hello i need help here. i already email google merchant customer support more then 5-6 time already because my feed has been under review more then 10 days. i email support but no one reply. it has been more then 10 days already.
IS there got bug in support now. Before this after i submit the form of support i will receive email comfirmation that they will respond to me within 24 hours. Now i did not receive any email like that after i send the email through there help form. Not only me have this problem some of my friend also get this problem. please some one help

first, be certain that the account or past accounts
have not been suspended at any time -- there are
very limited contact options for a suspension.
if the items continue to be under review then, there is usually
an issue with the business-model, type of products being sold,
submitted data, supply-chain, country targeted, past accounts,
the current account, or the website.
posting the specific site url and any details, here in the public forum,
may allow other forum-members to offer more specific suggestions.
also, please post only one time for the
