No GTINs, but multiple unique MPNs for a single product. MPN field only allows 1 value. How?

So my store has a large number of products that have no GTIN, but most products do have multiple MPNs, but the MPN field in the product feed only accepts a single MPN. So what's the best way to deal with this?

I could make duplicate product pages, one for each MPN, and try to make sure the content is different enough between each page so that I don't have duplicate content.

I could also make duplicate product pages, one for each MPN, and use canonicals to have all the duplicates reference one product page.

Are there any other options? What's the best course of action?

only physical items may be submitted for shopping-ads --

a physical inventory item may be listed only once, or is

otherwise a policy violation.

only one, single, mpn is allowed per physical inventory item submitted.

if the multiple mpn's are assigned by the manufacturer to indicate variants --
such as the same product in a different size or color -- then each physical
inventory item must be submitted individually, one physical inventory variant,
per item, with only one mpn.

google has strict rules for submitting variants --
for example, identical item_group_id values are
required, with a preselected variant, for all items

in a variant-group.

if the multiple mpn's are assigned by the manufacturer
for any other reason, then be certain that the one mpn

submitted, has been assigned to the exact physical

inventory item that is being sold and shipped -- not

any legacy items or any similar items, for example.

otherwise, submit the identifier_exists attribute with a value of no
and do not submit any mpn, do not submit any brand, and do not

submit any gtin, whatsoever, for such item-offers.

only the manufacturer may assign valid, legal
mpn, gtin, or brand values, for global-trade --

all retail merchants selling the same item must

submit the same, identical, global-trade-data;

merchants cannot self-assign global-trade-data.

listing the same physical inventory item multiple times, for
any reason, whatsoever, is a policy violation and grounds
for disapproval or a permanent suspension from the program,
at any time.
