Newegg.com and Neweggbusiness.com - monopolizing PLAs
I'm pretty religious about monitoring our company's market share when it comes to product listing ads and have been noticing a disturbing trend recently.
Newegg and their 'business' unit, neweggbusiness.com have been heavily bidding on the same products to maximize their visibility in product listing ads. The problem is that they're selling the same product at the same price so it really just looks like a shell game to me.
Isn't this a violation of Google's shopping policy - I didn't think we could setup multiple domains for the sole purpose of running more ads. Am I missing something?
e.g. a search for the Epson PowerLite 1945W returns both sites (of course this will change throughout the day because of the volume of advertisers, but there's a pretty good chance you'll see them both on the main page - you'll DEFINITELY see them when you click to 'view all stores and prices'
