New Keyword Feature in Shopping Campaign
How does the new keyword feature in shopping campaigns work? If you input keywords, will only those keywords make your product show up?
What I'm really wondering is if the keywords function is going to limit the reach of the products or will it make those products have the higher ability of showing up during that search?

Are you talking about the new Shopping campaigns as opposed to PLA campaigns?
If that is the case, please note that Shopping campaigns don't actually use keywords for targeting. They only allow keywords for campaign level negatives. You cannot target keywords anymore. Instead, Google determines the keywords based on your product groups.
