Need Help with reviewing for any google shopping policy violations

Hey,

We have a retail store ready for online order taking. We had worked quite hard on getting the store setup and adding additional information like price comparison with other huge online retailers to help our potential clients make an informed decision. We are ready for submission of this store to google shopping, we thought it will be best to share the store here first and ask the experts regarding any apparent policy violations we might have on our store.

here is link to our store.

thanks

Hello,

I would suggest reviewing the Merchant Center Policy section before submitting the data feed in the account. Here's the link: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/188484?hl=en

This would ensure you not to make any violations and proper optimization of the merchant center feed.

Thanks Pankaj for your input. We have gone through all these policies and our store complies fully to it. there is only one thing that we could not find was about the price comparison addon we have added to the site.

We added this addon on our client's request, they want to see how good we are delivering them by offering highly competitive prices.

generally, all items must be kept physically in stock by the merchant;
the submitted offer and the landing-page offer must be for the same
item and no substitutions are allowed; arbitrage and affiliate links
are generally also not allowed.

importantly, google is the final arbiter of all policies.

google may remove from the listings, disapprove, or (permanently) suspend
from the program, an item, feed, website, account, or merchant, at any time.

thanks celebird for your kind reply. I have been following you for sometime on google shopping and i really want to thank you for being generous in sharing the knowledge.

i have seen couple of examples approximately doing something like what we want to do.
here are those.

http://www.pricefalls.com/product/Remote-Control-Wireless-Doorbell/18893512
http://www.zukit.com/product/power_pressure_cooker_xl_7663397

these both stores are active in google shopping. and they both have affiliate links on them. I think google does allow external ads if they are relevant. but i cant seem to find this in the google shopping policy.

first, thank you for the kind words.

unfortunately, seeing a site or item active on google-shopping does not
in any way indicate that a person at google has inspected the items or
website or has approved the ads; google constantly inspects items and

websites and may disapprove an item or website or suspend accounts,

at any time.

having any item active on google-shopping does not
necessarily indicate any final decision has been made
by a person at google.

the rules that google uses to assess the items, physical
stock inventory, link landing-pages, and the entire site,
are currently here:
