My shopping ad has been wrongly disapproved for wrong price

I have an ad in Shopping ads which has been disapproved because it says there is a differing price on my website but there are two products on the page with different prices (same URL). It has been working fine for ages and now it's stopped. How can I fix this problem please?

generally, to avoid disapproval or suspension and be in strict compliance,
only one, single, item-offer, one price, and one add-to-cart button, should
be displayed on the link landing-page.

the price submitted, the price displayed, and the default add-to-cart price,
should all match exactly at all times, for all users, regardless of location.

if there are more than one price-values on the landing-page then, there
are additional rules and policies related to price display and prominence.

if there is more than one price for variants then, there are additional rules
and policies related to variant offers; e.g. proper, identical, item_group_id,
at least one variant attribute with a unique value, and a link url value that
preselects and displays a single, exact, variant item-offer.

if the automatic-item-updates feature is enabled within the account then,
there are additional rules and policies related to landing-page microdata --
otherwise, the optional automatic-item-updates feature should be disabled.

google is constantly checking and rechecking submitted data and websites --
having items not flagged in the past, no matter how long, does not necessarily

mean that the items or website were in compliance with all rules and policies.

however, forum-members cannot look into any account histories or submitted data;
forum-members can mainly offer suggestions based on the information posted here
within the public forums.

otherwise, the best likely course is to simply
contact a merchant-center product-listing-ads
support-specialist directly at google.

a best-practice is to not make changes to a site or submitted
data until after consulting with a support-specialist at google.

first, you're welcome.

a support-specialist may be contacted here:
https://support.google.com/merchants/contactflow
when contacting support, asking for a merchant-center
product-listing-ads specialist, may sometimes help.

all good luck to you.
