Make sure you are located in a country that is supported by Google, if the country is not listed in the link below. Than Google has not launched it yet in your country.

Hope it helps.

(a) try a different browser -- on a different machine if possible;

(b) searching for your own items can cause the items to be removed
from the ad-auctions and not be seen; rather, check for impressions
within the ad-account or merchant-center-account to verify the items
are being seen by others -- not live searches.

if impressions are being accumulated then the items are being seen.

(c) if shopping-ads have been seen on google-search in the past,
try the ad-preview-and-diagnostics-tool, with the proper location,
language, device, and domain settings, for the target-country.

(d) be certain that the physical location of the machine/browser
matches a supported target-country and registered feed, in the
merchant-center-account and the shopping-campaign -- google
will no longer show items on google-shopping for users that are

not currently within a supported, targeted, country.

related, be certain that a proxy or similar is not configured,
that may change or mask the browser's physical location.

(e) check both the item's shopping-ads status and last-update-on date,

by clicking on the item's title -- under the products-list-tab, within the

merchant-center-account.

the item's feed data must be resubmitted at least monthly, with up-to-date,
fresh, information, or items will be automatically removed from the auctions.

otherwise, this is mainly a peer-to-peer forum;
forum-members cannot look into any submitted

data or accounts; posting more specific details --
such as screen-captures of exactly what is being
seen, the specific search-terms being used, url's
of specific landing-pages, data being submitted,

screen-captures of item status details, specific
browser and browser-version, etc., may help

allow others to offer more specific suggestions.

otherwise, the best likely course would be to contact google directly.
